It’s coming to the end of winter and time to revitalise your body by enjoying some well deserved pampering, getting active outside and keeping on top of a well balanced diet.

Canderel’s nutritional expert has some top tips to get our bodies looking just that bit more fabulous for the warmer months.

Healthy Tip no.1: Choose nutritious seasonal fruit and vegetables such as; New potatoes, Broad Beans, Asparagus, Rhubarb, Plums, Raspberries, Strawberries, as these are better tasting at this time of year and are rich in vitamins.

Healthy Tip no.2: Take some time out to visit the countryside. A walk will increase your blood circulation and awaken your muscles and the fresh air will help you to sleep well.

Healthy Tip no.3: Asparagus is coming into season and as well as being delicious to eat, it also fights against water retention, leaving you feeling lighter for the holiday season.

Healthy Tip no.4: Ditch the caffeine and start your day with a cup of hot water and a slice of lemon or green tea. They are great antioxidants and leave you feeling refreshed and energised for the day ahead.
