Watermelon Crush

350g watermelon

3 tots vodka

1 Tbls rose water

2 Canderel sticks

½ cup crushed ice


Remove all the pips from the watermelon and cut into smaller cubes.

Combine the watermelon, vodka, rose water and Canderel.

Using a liquidizer or stick blender, liquidise the ingredients to a drinkable consistency. TIP The watermelon mixture should be a little sweeter as it’s going to be diluted by the ice.

Divide the crushed ice between two pretty glasses and top with the watermelon juice.

Garnish with a rose petal.

Serve immediately.

TIP Omit the vodka for a non-alcoholic version.
